Hi! I went on the IUP Cross Country official site and found out there is a run we can participate in (or come to visit IUP and Coach Fry). I’m hoping to go with my hubby and little one.

Alumni-Varsity Meet at South Campus Course (Men 10 a.m; Women 10:45)
Hi this is Liz. I was just thinking back to the my IUP days, and wishing that I could talk to some of my fellow cross country runners. I ran in ’96-’98. I unfortunately broke both my ankles (stress fractures) so I wasn’t able to get back into running till 2000.
Also, I was hoping to maybe get some of us together for a reunion at IUP. I’m not sure if Homecoming would work this year since the hotels get booked a year in advance, so possibly sometime in early November of 2007.
These are all the folks I remember: Tanya, Lauren, Heidi, Helen, Vonnie, Lindsay, Lesley, Katie (x2), Karen (x2), Amy, Matt, Tom, Chad, Skip, Mike, Dougie, Jim, Pat, Shaun, Kevin, Dan, Chaz, Chuck, Larry, Chris, James, Jimmy and Moser. Some are a little more famous than others, but all are missed. 🙂 I still e-mail with Tanya, but unfortunately I lost touch with others.
